This season our Christmas Giving Tree will be located in theFew things in life reveal our hearts as do our attitude toward and practice of giving to the poor. Teddy Roosevelt once said,

Helping the poor gives hope that the world is not yet empty of good people.

With the weather getting colder and the days getting shorter, we know that Christmas is around the corner. Our Giving Tree program provides a blessed Christmas tom families in the parish and local community who are having difficulties making ends meet. You will find the Giving Tree in the Gathering Area
You will notice many of the gift requests this year are for cash donations or gift certificates. This is because people are in need of things that seem so basic, including food, shelter, heat, and electricity.
The Giving Tree began Sunday, December 1st. The tree is located in the rear of the church. To take part, here is what you need to know:

  • TAKE AN ORNAMENT FROM THE TREE, PURCHASE THE GIFT. RETURN IT UNWRAPPED WITH TAG & ORNAMENT SECURELY
    ATTACHED.
  • PLACE THE GIFT UNDER THE TREE NO LATER THAN SUNDAY, DECEMBER 16TH.
  • DONATIONS OF GIFT CARDS/CERTIFICATES OR CHECKS, SHOULDBE PLACED IN THE DONATION BOX ON THE STAND.

Thank you for making this project such a success, year after year.
