It is never too late to turn back to God. As Lent begins next week, we remember the great gift of the present moment. Here. Now. We have the chance to repent and believe, to open ourselves to God, maybe for the first time, or the first time in a long time.<\/p>\n

God never tires of showing mercy to those who want to be reconciled to Him. Here and now, today and every day to come, we can take the opportunity God offers by turning away from what hinders us and towards the God who wants to make us new.<\/p>\n

During Lent, we unite with Jesus\u2019 suffering to prepare for the joy of His coming at Easter. It\u2019s a time of penance, prayer, and sacrifice \u2014 all to bring us closer to Christ.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n\n\n\n

“It changed my perspective a lot seeing the thousands of people praying at once. I think it is important for us, to educate ourselves and educate other people. The more people know, the more they can change perspectives and be inspired by other people.<\/em><\/div>\n

I just love seeing everyone and seeing their reasons for marching. For some, being Pro-Life is for religious reasons, for others it is just about stopping abortion. And for others, it is about protecting people who are vulnerable – like immigrants, victims of racism or other types of discrimination.<\/em><\/p>\n

I think it matters to be on the March for Life because it goes to show that if this important to you, you will get on a bus and not shower for three days and sleep on a church floor, because it matters this much. Going through a little discomfort for the greater good of people who can\u2019t speak \u2014 who can\u2019t stand up for themselves \u2014 shows how important it is.”<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n\n\n\n
