{"id":6354,"date":"2019-08-28T13:29:53","date_gmt":"2019-08-28T17:29:53","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/stgenevieve-stmaurice.org\/parish\/?p=6354"},"modified":"2019-08-28T13:31:10","modified_gmt":"2019-08-28T17:31:10","slug":"faith-formation-news-17","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/stgenevieve-stmaurice.org\/parish\/2019\/08\/28\/faith-formation-news-17\/","title":{"rendered":"Faith Formation News"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We are looking forward to seeing our returning families as well as welcoming new families on Wednesday, September 18, 2019 as we begin another year in Faith Formation.\u00a0 We will begin our first session\u00a0 in\u00a0 the\u00a0 Activities\u00a0 Center\u00a0 for\u00a0 a\u00a0 prayer\u00a0 service\u00a0 and\u00a0 an introduction\u00a0 to\u00a0 our\u00a0 catechists\u00a0 followed\u00a0 by\u00a0 a\u00a0 parent\u00a0 meeting.\u00a0 Registrations can be completed at the end of the meeting. Our program is still in need of catechists.\u00a0 Please pray about joining this rewarding parish ministry!<\/p>\n<p>Our faith journey with Jesus is a lifelong personal commitment.\u00a0 The\u00a0 Faith\u00a0 Formation\u00a0 program\u00a0 is\u00a0 very\u00a0 much\u00a0 like\u00a0 an\u00a0 academic school year program in that each year builds on the previous year\u2019s learning.
