They have been studying and preparing for their sacraments with great faith and enthusiasm.<\/p>\n<p>In today\u2019s Gospel, Jesus appears to His friends and shares a meal with them on the lakeshore. In the Eucharist (Holy Communion), Jesus gives us his Body and Blood. The Church is Christ\u2019s Body on earth. It is through our loving words and actions that people come to know Jesus. Each of us is part of the Communion of Saints &#8211; followers of Jesus on earth, in Heaven, and waiting to enter Heaven.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We are members of Christ\u2019s Body which is the Church, branches grafted onto the vine which is himself&#8221; (CCC, 1988).<\/p>\n<p>Families, discuss how you can be the Body of Christ in the world.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Faith Formation Calendar<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Wednesday May 4th &#8211;<\/strong> K-8 Faith Formation Classes 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm. This is our last class for this school year. Please join us for our May Crowning at 5:30 pm. <strong>*Gift Card forms due at the Parish office.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Wednesday May 18th &#8211;<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> Mandatory extra class for Confirmation student 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Wednesday May 25th &#8211;<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> Mandatory extra class for Communion students 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span dir=\"ltr\">SAVE THE DATE!
