Thanks and farewell to St. Genevieve – St. Maurice Parishoners…
The time has come for me to part. This past year and a half has been a time of healing and recovery for me. St. Genevieve and St. Maurice have provided me with a lot of good memories. You have all been a great gift of support to me in these days of priestly ministry. On Friday, August 31st, I began my journey to the Dominican Sisters Monastery in Ortonville, Michigan. I wish to thank all of the folks who helped make the reception after the 11 am Mass Sunday, August 26th such an enjoyable experience. The sweets , fruits and beverages were great. To all of those who gave a card or gift, I wish to thank you for your kindness and generosity. Last of all, I want to thank Fr. Vogan for his help and support throughout this period of time. You have blessed me, and I pray that my services to you and the people of St. Genevieve-St. Maurice Parish has blessed you.
