We had a very interesting meeting the day after Easter. The “leftovers” were amazing. What a wonderful assortment of goodies! Judi Fanco gave an interesting talk about the traditions of the day after Easter. Many members joined in and shared their Easter traditions. and contributed to a lively discussion involving several nationalities.

Sunday, April 28th Spaghetti Dinner.

Several prizes were turned in for the raffle for the April 28th Spaghetti Dinner that will be hosted by the Men’s Club and the Women’s Sodality. Remember if you have an item to donate it can be turned into the rectory by April 15th. There will be a child’s raffle and an adult’s raffle.

CCW representative Beverly Dubes explained that the CCW will be hosting a Fashion Show/Luncheon on Tuesday, May 14th. She encouraged the board and members to attend. The cost is $18.00 and is being held at the Crystal Garden in Southgate. There will be door prizes and a basket raffle. RSVP by May 3, 2013 to Beverly Nicholson.
