Everyone enjoyed our 2024 Angel Dinner a few weeks ago. Here are a few words that describe why our new Angel was chosen by our previous Angel Linda Morraso:
“This year after much thought, I chose Colleen Biddinger. I had many other women in mind, but Colleen stood out the most. She is the Business Manager and has been for many years. She keeps our Parish afloat. You can always get a kind word from her and a big hug. She is truly the “Angel of the Parish” Between Father Vogan’s illness and Fr. Tom’s absences she keeps everything running smoothly and did it with a smile and a warm heart! She is a big presence at the Fish Fry – coordinating and working and baking her famous shortbread cookies. Thank you, Mimi. She works the annual picnic and has brought new ladies to the Advent Tea and the Sodality Meetings. She is forever supporting our “neighbors in need”, in our SVDP group. She is truly an Angel.”

On behalf of all the Sodality members we would like to thank our new Angel and our outgoing “Angel the Year” Linda Morasso. Linda has served on the nursing home committee, helped the Sodality with the Parish picnic and fish fry, baked and worked on the Bakes Sales. She has also offered to co-chair with Kathy Damphousse as Program Director for the coming year. Thank you, Linda, for all you do.
As a reminder, we do not meet during the summer months, our next meeting will be Sept. 9th. Enjoy your summer and any vacations you have planned. Remember to say an extra prayer for your fellow Sodality members.
