I hope everyone had a good summer and is enjoying the days that are left.
Our meetings will start back up Monday Oct. 4. All ladies of the parish are welcome to come and see what our organization is all about. We meet in the Activity Center the first Monday of the month from October – June. Doors open at 6:45 p.m. with the meetingstarting at 7:00. Our meetings usually last until about 8:30 or 9:00. Please join us this October.
Last June new officers were elected and a new Angel of the Year was selected. Congratulations to Denice Yarber our new Angel of the Year. She is a long time member of our parish, on the Altar cleaning committee, has helped out and baked for the dessert table at the fish fry. She is not only a member of our group, but is also active with the St. Vincent DePaul Society.
The following are the officers for this year: President: Judi Fanco, 2nd Vice President: Theresa Welling, Treasurer: Joanne Camiller, Recording Secretary: Gerri Borys, Corresponding Secretary: Charlene Swanson, and Co-Program Directors: Kathy Damphousse & Nancy Lacey.
We also had 4 new members: Lynn Smith, Barbara Bushey, Kristine Wilber, and Barbara Osiecki-Csircsu. Welcome ladies!
I am looking forward to seeing our members and welcoming some new faces. Remember to say an extra prayer for your fellow Sodality members.
